How to Apply

If you have familiarized yourself with The Mundt Foundation (TMF) and how TMF can help, and wish to apply for either a Grant Award or an Assistance Award, please follow the instructions below.

Please be aware that applications for Grant Awards are considered by our Board of Directors (Board). The Board confers regularly to consider applications. There is no formal deadline. Completed applications will come before the Board for consideration at the earliest reasonably possible time. If there are pressing needs, you may wish to consider applying for an Assistance Award.

Apply for a Grant Award

When you're ready to begin a Grant Award application, please download our application packet (one ZIP file) using the button below.

The application packet includes the following:

the application form,
the list of additional materials that should be included with the application,
instructions for completing and delivering the application,
a copy of the TMF Mission Statement, and
a copy of the TMF General Policy Statement.

The application is provided as a PDF that you can print and then fill out. If you have questions regarding the application process, please contact us.

Apply for an Assistance Award

If you wish to be considered for an Assistance Award, please contact TMF. There is no need to submit a formal application for an Assistance Award.
